Season 4 Kyra and her brother's nationality

Hi,

It's been a while since I've seen this episode, but it really bothered me, and I wanted to see if its just me, or did anyone else notice that Kyra seemed to have a Scottish accent and her brother a northern Irish accent.....

I think at some point they said she was from Ireland or northern Ireland, and I guess it could be part of her cover (I can't remember if her alias was meant to be Scottish or not), but wouldn't it then be wise to make her brother a Scot too?

I thought it was a bit weird, but then I'm not always good with detecting accents, so maybe I'm wrong...

Anyone have an opinion on this??? :blink:

Yes, Kyra did have a Scottish accent, but I couldn't really place Fenton's accent.

Kelly Macdonald, who played Kiera MacLaine is from Glasgow, Scotland, UK. Mark Aiken, who played her brother, is from Belfast, Ireland.
