Let me start with admitting this is shameless self promotion.
I'm making a lofi-scifi comedy web series called Last In Space.
I'm really hoping you check out the sample episode I made, it's 60 seconds long, and starts about 40 seconds into my indiegogo pitch video which you can see here....
Last in Space
The premise is this....
1000 years from now, humanity will finally get it together enough to explore the cosmos...unfortunately, we're the last intelligent species in the galaxy to do this. Earthlings are literally Last In Space.
This web series centres on 2 human coworkers, and how they pass the time during their extremely boring shift work.
There is a bit more to it then that, but that's the nuts and bolts of it. If you think the sample episode is funny, forward the link to anyone else you think will enjoy it. If you want to see the live action version, please consider contributing a couple of bucks.
