Sark was an angry person. He told you how he felt exactly when he felt it. He screamed, he yelled, he fought, he shot people, he played God in times of decision of who should live and who had to die. But this time, this time, his angry drove him to absolute silence.
Sitting in the plane, Sydney sensed his anger, it seemed to crowd the room like a third person. His temper was like that of a sand viper at the moment, she didnt know if he was gonna strike in a minute or in an hour, but she wanted to speak before he did. She bit her lip, then reached over and took his hand. Instinctfully, since he seemed to slip out of his mind, he recoiled, and then jolted back to himself. Looking over at her, he saw she looked hurt, and he sighed. She was trying, more than just trying to comfort him, she was trying to be the source of strength he needed right now. "Oh Syd, im sorry, it was instinct." Taking her hand, he kissed it gently, and she brought her other and set it up against his cheek. "We have dealt with worse than Jabba Julian, do not let this ruin our time, you know that this will be handled, fixed, and we will be laying in the Italian sun before weeks end." He nodded than leaned over and kissed her. Laying down on the leather couches they both drifted into the momentary peace that presented itself.
--------------------
Once they hit ground, Sydney wanted to jump out of the plane, dance in the heat of the Italian sun, and take the hand of her mate and make him join her. She, however, remained still, waiting for Julian to sort himself out. Getting off the plane they got into the car Julian had been hunting for a little over a month. He had bought it without a second thought. Hell who cared about 200,000 grand for a car when it was a 1956 Jag roadster? That sleek little piece of metal that now belonged to him. Driving towards the villa, Sydney stripped off her shirt, wearing just a bathing suit top. He smiled, she had missed Italy as much as he had. Taking her hand as he shifted gears, he kissed it lightly and then shifted again, driving about 50 miles over the speed limit. He didnt care, he was happy to be home. Driving up to the new home, Sydney gasped. "Julian?" she asked and he smiled, "Bought it just for you love, it has a pool a hot tub, 12 bedrooms, 2 living rooms and a kitchen on each floor." Her eyes widened but her excitement was infectious, for suddenly Julian couldnt wait to be in their new home either. Getting into the house, the atmosphere all but made Sydney want to jump him there in the car, but she restrained herself.
Leaving the bags in the car, Sydney took his hand and they walked into the house. It was cool, a wind blowing through the house that smelled of the sea. Walking upstairs, she saw the kitchen and the rooms, and quickly found the master bedroom, it was the largest of them. A King sized bed with a sweeping canvas overhead that was made of the finest oak adorned the room. Immediately Sydney began to kiss Julian, a sort of thanks for what he had done for her. Although they had lived in flats, apartments or small houses that were more than grand, this was her first real home since she had been a small child. Although he of course didnt know that. Sliding off her skirt, and untying her bikini top, she now stood nude in front of the man she loved. Admiring her body for what had to be the millionth time in his life, he began to kiss her slowly. A deep soul kissing type kiss and it touched her heart, that in his time of anger, he had passion instead of frustration. Slowly she began to unbutton his Armani shirt, slipping it off his shoulders and it hit the floor without a sound. As she worked on the belt, he brought her body close to his to hold, to love, and he began to kiss in the crook of her neck as she bit her lip to avoid acknowleding her need for him that moment. Finally slipping his pants and underclothes off of him, they stood close together in the heat, then laying her down Sark climbed on top of her.
Making love in the brand new bed, she loved how it felt, how he felt inside of her. And as they came together for the second time, they lay exhausted together. Getting up they walked the house naked, exploring and enjoying themselves. Hugging him then as they approached the last room, her body molded itself into his. "Thank you bebe, I can not thank you enough for our home." He kissed her forehead and held her. "Welcome back to Italy Sydney. Welcome home."

Julian sat in on the bed, his head in his hands as he was trying to make a decision. His mind raced as he tried to decide as calmly and as rationally as his patience gave him currently. "Do I go and kill Jabba and get it over with?" the first thought floated through his mind as he thought. "Do I wait to see what Sydney thinks? Why am I doubting myself, most of the time I dont need to think twice to decide what I need to do. Why is this woman having such an impact on my job?"
It was then he decided, and as he turned and saw Sydney sleeping soundly on her side of the bed, looking angelic as always he knew what he had to do for her most of all. Jabba needed to be dealt with now....without endangering Sydney.
----------------
The sun shone through the window and Sydney could smell the salty water even as she dreamed. She turned in her sleep, but was surprised to find that Julian wasnt asleep next to her, rather the bed was empty and she found a slip of paper in his place. Groggily she rubbed her eyes, until they could focus and then she quickly read the note and cursed out loudly at Julian. "GOD DAMN SON OF A BITCH!" She slammed her hand into the pillow and huffed loudly. She layed back down and grabbed her cell phone off of the side table and dialed his number. He picked up immediately, "Hello love." Immediately she strung in as many curses as she could remember and huffed in the phone and hung up on him. On the plane he sat back down on one of the couches and redialed her cell phone. It rang and rang and rang but she didnt pick up. He tried the house phone, which rang and rang and rang and rang but she didnt pick up.
OK so she was pissed at him, it happens, but at least he understood why, he had left her home on a mission she deserved to go on. He had used his heart instead of his head in the decision and knew he'd live to forget it because A. she wouldnt ever let him forget and B. Sydney was probably gonna be very angry for a long while. The plane hadnt lifted off yet, it was suppose to be in about a half an hour. He sighed loudly. If he wanted to get laid again by Sydney in the next coming millenium he'd better get his ass home and pick her up.
He delayed the flight, telling the pilot to wait, that he was rescheduling lift off for another 3 hours, and that the plane should be ready to go when he pulled back in. He got back into his car, and drove the 1/2 hr it was to get home and pulled in the driveway. He got out of the car and approached the house but as he did, he saw a car sitting in the street outside of their house. He hadn't seen it before so immediately, Sark being Sark got very suspicious. Approaching the house, he already had his gun out and the safety off. Opening the door he went upstairs and approached his bedroom, where he could hear Sydney, it sounded struggled. Opening the door quickly he saw her and two other men. Sydney had two guns trained on both of them whereas they had theirs trained on her. Her breathing was rapid but her precision perfect. When he opened the door and caught them off guard she shot one and turned and had both guns trained on the other person who was still caught off guard. He dropped his gun and put his hands up, and Sark looked at him, his steel gaze pouring into him.
"You were there the night in the club, your the second in command of Jabba's." The man said nothing, his eyes narrowing as he looked at Sark. Sark approached him, kicking his gun towards Sydney as he did. Looking him right in the eye Sark's voice became a tad bit more menacing, "You're lucky I dont castrate you right now you sick son of a bitch for coming into my wife's bedroom and trying to kill her, you're also lucky Im not gonna kill you, but she is. But only if you make her, but otherwise you are gonna get the hell out of my house, and wait for your head honcho to die, by my hand too. Why dont I escort you out."
Sark took the man downstairs and out the door. The man turned and looked up and saw Sydney at the window, hidden behind the curtain both the guns trained on him if he tried anything. Peacefully he went to his car, but she didnt leave the window until he was down the street and a mile away. Sark came back into the bedroom, and saw the guard still dead on the floor. He took Sydney's pristine hands and kissed them, but as soon as she put away her gun, she began to shake and all but collapsed in his arms. "How the hell am I gonna get the blood out of the carpet?" She asked as she hugged him and all he could think to do was laugh, and then she started laughing as well. "Do we move him?" She hadnt ever killed in her own home, though she had killed many times before. "No, we pack what little we brought, and buy another home. I had only put a down payment on this place anyway to see if you'd like it. It doesnt matter we can go anywhere." She sighed and kissed him lightly. "Thank you for coming back in time," she said as he pulled her back into his arms. He smiled and kissed her forehead and held her shaking hands. "I'll always come back, every time," he replied as she kept staring at the lifeless man that had invaded their Italian paradise.
