M.Vartan's french voice

Hey there!

First I sincerely apologize if this message is not supposed to be here. I did not quite know if this is the good place for it, but I'm sure our beloved moderators will move it to some other section if it's not ro be here.

This is what I read on VartanHo and several Alias french websites. I'll try to say it in 3 different languages so I apologize for the possible mistakes I make. (especially in Spanish, I haven't written spanish for soooooo long)

As we, Alias fans, are united by our love for the show, this is an opportunity to help the french fans of Michael Vartan. Metropolitan films has decided not to hire Eric Legrand, the man who lends his voice to Michael Vartan in Alias, for "Monster in Law"... Eric Legrand is an excellent "voice" for Michael Vartan and every fan is used to this voice and not another. So changing the "french voice" of Michael Vartan for "Monster in Law" is just nonsense and it's even worse than that, it's disrespect for Eric Legrand's talent and hardwork.
In an effort to help Eric Legrand, THE french voice for Michael Vartan, the french website LeDoublage.com has decided to launch a campaign so that Eric Legrand can dub M.Vartan in "Monster-in-Law", which is what should have happened from the beginning. You can help by leaving a message (even in english) on LeDoublage.com Board.

Etant donné que nous, fans d'Alias, sommes tous unis par notre amour de la série, voila une opportunité d'aider les fans français de Michael Vartan. Metropolitan Films a décidé de ne pas engager Eric Legrand, l'homme qui prête sa voix à Eric Legrand dans Alias, pour "Monster-In-Law"... Eric Legrand est un excellent doubleur et en particulier quand il s'agit d'être la voix de Michael Vartan, et tous les fans sont habitués à cette voix et pas une autre. Donc changer la "voix française" de Michael Vartan pour "Monster-in-Law" n'est pas seulement incompréhensible, c'est également un manque de respect pour le talent et le travail fourni par Eric Legrand.
Afin d'aider Eric Legrand, LA voix française de Michael Vartan, le site LeDoublage.com a décidé de lancer une campaigne pour qu'Eric Legrand puisse doubler Michael Vartan dans "Monster-in-Law", ce qui aurait du être le cas depuis le début. Este hombre tiene mucho talento y es la voz de Michael Vartan para todos los fans franceses. El problema es que Metropolitan Films eligio una otra persona para ser la voz de Michael Vartan en "Monster-in-Law". Es terrible porque a todos los fans de Alias en Francia les gusta mucho Eric Legrand y su voz. No es logico que una otra persona sea la voz de Michael Vartan en esta pelicula (y en todas las otras peliculas tambien). El sitio LeDoublage.com decidio ayudar Eric Legrand. Hey Nadia_Santos! Thank you very much for writing it in spanish! That's been really nice! And don't apologize! You don't have any mistake! I have much more mistakes in english and I think people understand what I write (if not, tell me please!)
In Spain something similar happened with Victor Garber's voice. I don't know which one are Alias people choosing for Season 4 but i hope not to hear the same than in S3.

Je trouve ça vraiment débile de ne pas engager Eric Legrand pour doubler la voix de Michael Vartan dans Monster in Law. Je le soutiens à 100%. Et j'ai deja posté sur le doublage.com . Ne nous laissons pas abattre! ^_^

I said that I found that really stupid not to hired Eric Legrand to double the voice of Michael Vartan in Monster in law and that I supported Eric at 100%. I also said that I've already posted at le doublage.com. ^_^

Cambian la voz de Victor Garber en Alias?! Estupidos! No es logico, pero... ahhh... es la logica de las grandes campanias de produccion...

For all the others: thanks for posting on LeDoublage.com (and do it if you haven't yet! lol). It means so much for Eric Legrand. And yeah, Michael Vartan sounds sexy too when he speaks French. But he is sexy whenever he speaks french, or english, or ... any other language. Ah he's sexy all the time!
