Plot: Genius artist Cesar Catilina seeks to leap the City of New Rome into a utopian, idealistic future, while his opposition, Mayor Franklyn Cicero, remains committed to a regressive status quo, perpetuating greed, special interests, and partisan warfare. Torn between them is socialite Julia Cicero, the mayor’s daughter, whose love for Cesar has divided her loyalties, forcing her to discover what she truly believes humanity deserves.

Has anybody seen this one yet? I've been trying to keep an eye open in case it shows up on the streaming services I have access to but haven't seen it anywhere yet. I don't think it lasted long at the theaters but it has my attention to watch.
 
I think they wanted it to be an artistic creation but it failed miserably.
I've yet to meet anyone that actually liked the film (that didn't make exceptions for ff coppola or any other big actors).
Shia LaBeouf, Jon Voight, Laurence Fishburne, James Remar, D. B. Sweeney, Dustin Hoffman and Adam Driver (though I am not impressed with Adam Driver's career so far).
