Hey man heres version 1. I know you stated green and black, but that didn't really provide enough contrast (well in my opinion) for text and such. Let me know if I'm heading down the right path for how you envisioned this to look, I'm more than happy to make any changes you would like.

Didn't know what size you wanted so went with what seems to be most common here 300x200

The logo is nice man, but the curving line on the left is a bit to bold....
Also im nto a fan of the AVY, likthign these more and more now that i see you making em though.
