Milo Rambaldi: Good or Evil?

Either way, Alias has been building up with the Rambaldi plot for so long I'm beginning to wonder if any result to the Rambaldi plot will be fulfilling.

question... since Syd climbed that mountain in Italy, didn't she break/disprove the prophacy about her being "the chosen one." And if so, are the writers going for the "free will can conquer even prophecied fate" theme?
Well that's the fun thing about prophecies, they tend so ambigously worded (ever read some of Nostradamus's cantos?) that they could mean just about anything, or even if they are in clear langauge they can be double-edged ( to use a well known example The Witch-King couldn't be killed by the hand of man, but was killed by a woman).

Is Milo Rambaldi good or evil, or is he just neutral?
What do you think?
What did he want to gain out of all of these clues that he left leading to a conclusion?
What IS the conclusion?
for me, he's obviusly evil.
