Science Says Star Wars Blows Up Better Than Star Trek

68267.jpg

Cliff Notes: Some loser says the explosion of the Death Star in Star Wars is more realistic then the explosion of the Klingon moon Praxis in Star Trek VI. Even though they admin 1) The 'ring' wasn't added until the re-make and after it was used in star trek and 2) The ring was vertical when it should have been horizontal.

Assuming that the "expert" doesn't have access to some secret government files that document such a thing, then how can it be ascertained what exactly a large artificial explosion would look like & behave?

Not to mention we don't know much about the interior design or technology of the Death Star, nor Praxis which exploded due to over-mining- it may have been damn near hollow inside- we don't know.

Good point about Praxis. For all we know, it could have been empty as egg inside like the planet where Nibbler was found in Futurama.
