Need for Speed Underground

What does everyone think about this game? I've heard it's really good, but I want more opinions before I get it.

I'm in the middle of playing and it is pretty cool cos you can customise you car with all kinds of upgrades both performance and visual.
But the races are quite repetitive as it's all in the same city so you end up going around the same track (or portions of it) many times.
There are also something like 112 missions, and personally i'm getting bored real fast of the racing but if you're a die hard racer...

i'll prolly just rent it for a few days, to see if its worth it, alot of racing games are repetive after a while, but i like em still.

i heard it was goin to be one of the best racing games to come out this year, Best racing game then? ratings?

I'm not really a fan of racing games but

Graphics - 9
Sound - 9
Gameplay - 8 easy as to learn
Story - what story?
shelf life/ length - 5 goes on a little too long and some of the races get boring after 5 or so laps

Is it better on the PC or XBOX? i have both and am wondering which one I should buy NFSU on.

well it depends on what kind of video card you have on your PC. The gameplya is probably the same but I'm not sure about the graphics.

I've played it and it's pretty good, but I actually still prefer NFS hot pursuit II.
