The strange noise was back and unknowingly, Sydney stepped back and sat down on the cot. This didnt make any sense. she didnt even know why she did it. Hadn't she just seconds before decided to run for it?
"Why..." Sydney started

"Ill explain it soon enough. Oh, and dont try to escape, OK?" Irina smiled and promptly left the room. For some reason, even though she was free, Syd didnt budge. She wanted to though. Whatever was happening to her, it couldnt be good.
