sharing alias episodes using kazaa or limewire or any of those programs is not illegal. its no more illegal than sharing music files using those or movies (people do share whole movies using those programs and its not illegal ) its not illegal to put alias episodes on the web and then let people download.

Actually, downloading from the web is not authorized by ABC, so it is illegal.
But I will check up on it to make sure.
