I was able to get my stuff removed by sending a DMCA notice to the host, but that was it.

It looks like either the host or the person removed the details.php script as all links now are giving an error.

I'd say it was the host...Dreamhost is pretty good to comply with DMCA's as they are US based

Yes I sent him a letter also. It was dealing with all styles paid and free. He sent me a letter back saying he was removing the styles. He apologized and said that they will be removed. So now just wait and see what happens.

He's sent me 2 emails today, begging to be able to leave the skins up on his site.
I told him no, take them down, and the "authorities" have been contacted.
No reply.
