(Sydney opens her mouth to respond when her pager goes off. Right away, Vaughn's goes off as well.)

after their beepers both went off, just after Vaughn told her about the watch, she said "me too". Now, my opinion is that yes, it was an acknowledgement that Kendall had paged her as well. I think it was also a "me too" to Vaughn since we know the depth of what he was inferring when he told her what his dad said about the watch.
