the "not friends" quote is from Sydney to Sark in Paris when she was still in her construction worker uniform.

I did think she was gonna eat the fly. That scared me. I'd prefer if people didn't eat flies. Anywho, does anyone remember what Irina said to Sydney? Something about being a fool for leaving her daughter? The conversation on the roof?

Irina- I need you to understand..I was 18 when the KGB recruited me. For a woman to be asked to serve her country...it was a future, it meant...empowerment, independance...
I was a fool to think that any ideology could come before my daughter.

okei...this is just my bit...it was a really touching scene, I almost cried, and was pretty pissed when the guards seperated them thinking "geez...she was just huggin her!!" but the more i thought about it....what Irina told Syd...she KNEW that Syd had felt EXACTLY like that when she had been recruited by SD-6...hmmmm...still don't trust her.... :rolleyes: :innocent:

Since I have to go back and collect quotes for my columns, I just happen to have the exact quotes for you:

Yes that was one of the best lines on the show.

I enjoyed all of Jack and Kanes excahnges.....both of them were very coy.
