How can I make screen caps in Real Player? Please help!

erm I don't think you can take caps with real player. 
if you have div x you can take dvd and avi caps i think . if you have win dvd you can take dvd caps. for taking screen caps from avi files you can use virtualdub which is available free online i think.

Fairly certain you can use the Real Alternative codec (better in the long run anyway) and cap from VLC or Media Player Classic (all free, all good stuff). I dont deal with real formats enough to know, but I think the last time I installed it there was something about a directshow bridge - meaning that you could even pass Real junk through ffdshow (although post processing really cant help the unholy felgercarb-aciousness that badly encoded - which seems to be most of em - Real videos exude).
