Yeah, it was a cartoon, but it was one of my favorites growing up. This was a late 80's cartoon, but I'm putting it in the 90's section because I think a majority of it ran in the 90's anyway.
it was a pretty weird show from cats with hooked hands, to that paranoid turtle, to the Bigheads... I loved this show and I wish more cartoons were like this show.
I loved how Rocko was just a normal person trying to live a normal life, but all this weird stuff would happen to him. Always added to the hilarity of the cartoon, I think.
