The RPG makers are really hard to come by in english, or just to get in general, but I've been working on an RPG, I started it months ago, and Once i get some work done on it, I'll make a site for it. If anyone wants to help out, like make music for it, or help with writing the script for the game, or even want to help test the game and play it as a tester, then let me know. You don't need anything but the drive of wanting to help make a fun video game. If you want to make music, then I would recommend having exp using audacity and fl studio. Anyway, if interested, let me know.
Anyway, I think it's great to have something like that where people can try their hand at making rpgs. I do have RPG maker 3 for the PS2, but haven't tried it yet.
