Schedules

AFAIK It's like the 'average' level...at my school we have CCP (College and Carreer Prep) and ACC (Accelerated Something Something)...

At my school when you're in 9th and 10th you basically take College Prep classes that obviously prep you for college. When you get to 11th and 12th you either keep taking them, get put in AP (advanced placement), or take lower classes if you didnt do well on the OGT (Ohio Graduation Test).

Ah, no CP here, just AP which any grade is welcome to take. (Except freshman, but I think there are probably exceptions)

We have ACC classes here but I don't think they're the same thing as yours, Hibou. It stands for academic choice which is a small school in my school. Uh do your schools have small schools or do I need to explain what they are? :angelic:

yeah, freshman year sucks, it gets better. ;) I wanted to get all my required classes out of the way(we're not required to take 4 years of social studies) and get to pick electives the next year. The electives I picked though, aren't really what I'd consider electives. Stupid move on my part. At the moment I'm trying to figure out what the heck The Odsessy is saying.

I liked freshman year!! It was sooo easy. I just hated freshmen pe.

I just got my schedule yesterday. This is for the spring semester.

AP Physics Lab 1D
AP Physics 1D (what does the 1D mean?)
Economics
AP Calc BC
Reading/writing short story A
Computer Art 1

Hmm I want to take drama, but I want 5 classes... hard decision.

It's the same thing as college prep (we just use placement/prep interchangably). But basically they're classes to get you prepared for college. It's not harder than AP or Honors...at least where I'm from.

I finally got my schedule today...

1. Gemoetry and Discrete
2. Enriched Biology
3. Studies in Literature
4. Enriched English
5. Lunch
6. Enriched Functions and Calculus
