Looking at some of those film titles it seems to be a pretty loose definition of film noir being used.

so... something like that, just scifi
i know that dark city & blade runner fit to this description pretty well.

well, you could call it space western
& i don't think it's worth something these days. i mean it's an ok film. nothing more.
