Still mega-LQ (sorta). I'd make the text smaller and lower the opacity a bit on it. The render pretty much covers the whole signature, which is bad unless you put your effects on the render. I'd work with a bigger canvas. The flower seems out of place IMO. Flow and depth are meh. Work on blending, and adding more effects. Keeping the border black is the best way to go 90% of the time. Focal is odd. Nice concept though. Good job though.

aaaaaaaaaawwwwwww...the brightness. Just tone it down a bit. You wanna make us feel like this person is illuminated but not blinding. Now its not terrible but just need a slight tone down.
