Wow thats an awesome manipulation, mind giving some hints on how u got that? I love how u made the lips, thats where i mess up alot of the time when i try.

I was thinking of making a video on how I made it

But for the lips I just drew around them with the colour I wanted, not following the actual outline of the lips, then I got a small soft brush(maybe 19) but depending on the size of the image, you might want to make it larger or smaller. So I got the soft brush and start to brush a bit above the outline of the lips.

It's good but I'm not feeling the purple

It's nice but the Purple just feals like...purple. Like you literraly just put the colour purple there, try some more blending.
See how I made the eye liner blend in more. Try using a large Soft Brush(Maybe like 100-200px) and just brush farther away and let it just take away the edges.
