Animation Sky Blue Is A Breakthrough

Sunmin Park, co-producer with director Moon Sang Kim of the Korean animated feature Sky Blue, told SCI FI Wire that the film took seven years to make and was realized with high-definition multi-layered animation that allowed the filmmakers to blend live-action miniatures, 3-D computer-generated backgrounds and traditional 2-D character animation.
