Skype Image Issues

Hello, I hope this is the right place to post this

This is a bit of a random one, but let me be clear that I have no understanding of photoshop and I'm no good with it I have a bit of an issue though. When I add an image to my Skype profile, it has a transparent background behind an image, when I upload that to Skype it shows the transparent background as black on iOS devices. I read online that a possible fix is to save it as a different bit image and that it was the image that was the issue rather than anything else. I've had a look around but nothing I've tried has worked so far.

Any help will be much appreciated

What format is the image saved in? You need it to be saved as a png to get a true transparent background.

It's already a .png :-/ still having the issue :'(

Are you sure it has a transparent background and isn't just white?

Yeah it's transparent, really odd. Now I remember why I hate graphic design so much Here's the image:

Try this version - it's 24 bit instead of 32 (which is what yours is).
