i think the "Water" is some sort of "rambaldi life juice" and that that is how they find the connection of sloane's involvement with the covenant and francie because i betcha that that is what the monk guy told sloane... about the weater... sloane told the covenant, who then gave it to fake francie, who now heals mad fast and is "invinceable!"
