Sloane & Order of Rambaldi

Ok so I was wondering this - Why doesnt Sloane have the little Order of Rambaldi <o> tattoo on his hand??!?!
cuz i mean hes clearly crazy obsessed w/ Rambaldi. And i just watched the episode where they explained the whole order of rambaldi thingie -- to refresh ur memory its people who were rambaldi's trusted advisors/followers and criminals who are trying to infiltrate the order that wear the <o>
and it seems to me Sloane would fully fit in - mean even if he wasnt in the 'follower' category (which he should be) but he would definatly be in the criminal one - or u think he would just get it cuz hes that obsessed...
any thoughts?
