Sound Card issues...

So I reinstalled Windows because I was BSOD'ing... Everything seems to be fine other than my sound card. It's got the latest drivers, it can be detected through the sound board options, and it seems to put power through to the headphones, yet no audio actually comes through.. Any ideas?

Is it possible that windows is recognizing more than one instance of your sound card? I've found that when stuff like that happens, only one instance actually works. Alternatively, it may be that you need to set your headphones as the default speaker option, although I've never heard of anything like that before. Even if that doesn't work, you may want to try unchecking "Use only default devices" if you've got it selected.
