spam blocker

does anyone know of any good spam blocker programs that i can download for free or at least really really cheap?

the spam has now gotten totally out of control on my computer. for some reason, i've lost the ability to block senders in my outlook express. well, i can block the senders but then when i close my outlook, the program just deletes the entire blocked senders list and the next time i open my outlook, i just get inundated with spam. it's completely pissing me off. :angry:

THe best way not to get alot of spam is not to sign up for alot of things. They secretly send you 3rd party messages or known as spam. I dont get alot which im thankful for!
