  • In the film formerly titled “War of the Dead,” Captain Martin Stone (Van Der Beek) is leading a finely-trained, elite platoon of American and Finnish soldiers as they attack an enemy bunker. Underestimating their enemy’s strength, they are quickly beaten back into the forest. As they try to regroup, they are suddenly attacked by the same soldiers they had just killed a few minutes earlier. Forced to flee deeper into Russian territory, they discover one of war’s most terrifying secrets and realize they have woken up a far more deadlier enemy.

A ten-year-old girl awakens alone in the middle of a devastating contaminated land full of violence and war. She soon discovers that those that survived the military’s mass executions are people which have severe infections on their bodies. The young girl finds solace with a group of other young children, whom all share the same recurring dream of escaping to the sea. This becomes the children’s only objective, but before they can reach their destination, they must cross through the ruined city, populated by the violent military and the “infected.”
