A spokeswoman for Lucasfilm has denied to E! Online persistent rumors that a third trilogy of Star Wars movies is planned.
That's actually a bit depressing because originally Lucas had a vision of nine movies in a three-part trilogy. However, after some of his recent actions, such as going back and making yet even more edits to movies 4, 5, & 6 and some of the design elements of movies 1 & 2 I'm not as excited about there ever being movies 7, 8 & 9 like I used to be.
