Sudden Urge...

I have sudden urge to find a big tin of Old Bay Seasoning, some red potatoes, some fresh corn on & the cob, and shrimp. Lots of shrimp. :eek:

The scale is a bit distorted in that pic. I scrolled down expecting to see a plate, and saw a table!

It's missing some fried chicken, but there's none around, so have a rubber one......in space

It is how a lot of 'boils' are done in the US South! Typically though you use some brown paper on top of the table to absorb the liquids; some use news papers but I prefer the thicker brown paper. For a true country boil, it goes straight from the pot to the table.

Ooooh, don't get me started on fried chicken. I'm in the North East US but during the Spring & Summer I think my appetite was meant for the South. Add some course cornbread on the side and I'll be happy.

I've never tried space faring chicken... is it anything like free-range chicken? :D
