It's Election Day, and the results are in. On Friday, PopWatch directed readers to the Council for Excellence in Government's poll to determine the public's top TV civil servants. Some 3,100 respondents voted, and their favorite public employee was Alias spy Sydney Bristow (Jennifer Garner), edging out West Wing's White House Chief of Staff C.J. Cregg (Allison Janney) 29.6 percent to 28.7 percent. 24 terrorism fighter Jack Bauer (Kiefer Sutherland) came in third with 16.2 percent.
