The past month here in the NE USA has been a bit like the planet Hoth in Starwars. In the Philly area we are now tied for the 4th highest level of snowfall since snowfall accumulation started being tracked back in the 1800's. We've had days already that hit below 0*F. It's cold. 
Yesterday we hit above 40 degrees for the first time in a while and had some melting. Today is also supposed to be above freezing! Yay!
So, of course, the weather predicted for tomorrow? Another snow storm bringing about another 4" of snow.
