Looks pretty good so far. I'd change the background though (in the one you've started coding). It doesn't really look right.

Yeh, for content text do not use effects or anything a nice clean font only. Because it will never ever look the same when it's coded. Just use like arial or similar.

You need to fix the banner on that last template. You see where it's supposed to look like the helicopter blades? One of the blades touches the outer border. that should never happen.
