Just finished watching Terminator Zero on Netflix, it's actually pretty good. I'll add a caveat though that if you're a die-hard Terminator fan and are obsessed with every detail of the Terminator universe then you'll likely find some faults with the time travel explanations and how Zero fits in to the movies. Watch for a scene where the Prophet explains the ramifications of time travel to Eiko and, if you're a Doctor Who fan, the description of time being "A big ball of wibbly wobbly, timey wimey stuff" comes to mind.

Set in Japan, I liked how we finally got to see Judgement Day from a perspective other than that of the main characters in the USA. I hope there's a second season because by diverging into a new timeline with new characters, a new location, and a new antagonist, it renewed my interest in the franchise. I actually liked that Terminator Genisys was intended as a reboot of the movies with new cast members and was disappointed in the Terminator Dark Fate being the follow-up instead.
