With the redesign they likely just changed the name of some of their quasi-portal documents. Just go to the main URL (The Admin Zone) or is there something about that old page that you needed to reference?

Clear your Browsers cache (normally F5?) and manually change your bookmark to the short, plain URL and see if you can reach the right place.
