Kind of zombie-ish... yes/no? It's about a town suddenly plagued by insanity and then death after a mysterious toxin contaminates their water supply.

Feel free to discuss the original by Romero or the remake. Personally I think I've only seen the remake xD

I have never seen the original but the remake is pretty good. I enjoyed watching it and they paced it really good.

***SPOILER CONTAINED IN THIS POST. IF YOU READ THIS POST AND HAVENT SEEN THE FILM THEN WELCOME TO TOUGH LOVE***

Such a good film. This is going to sound really sadistic, but some of the ways people were taken out was cool...apart from the father burning the house with his family in...not cool.

I think they will be more funny! If it is anything like other horror movies from that time, you just have to laugh. The effects they try and do are just cute. Like Terminator when he pulls out his eye. Would be interesting to see what the remake changed, if anything.

Yeah the original came out in 1973, directed by Romero. I never knew about it either xD

I have both on DVD I love Romero's but it has aged pretty bad the remake is a very solid effort I is a improvement over the original.
