We set this up for Sunday movie night, got to the ten minute mark and the gals bailed and we went on to Below Decks (well okay I fired up a game console in another room and got my Skyrim on). Make of that what you will.
 
Not sure if it is the multiple cups of coffee in action or not but I liked this one. Yeah, there's some bad acting and elements that don't make sense but it was one of the few action movies I've watched lately where I was able to not overthink it and just let the brain take a break and enjoy the show. I think it's a case where there are so many little things that could be pointed out that mentally I subconsciously checked out and said "Let's just enjoy the ride!". 🤣

I know it has been getting panned by critics but personally I liked it. Sometimes a big budget B-movie is just what you need. 👍
