“Yeah, so?” Vaughn shrugged.

“Well, I dunno, I mean…she’s…girlfriend material” Eric told him.

“Don’t be an idiot” Vaughn rolled his eyes, “She’s my nanny”

“So?” Eric shrugged, “Who’s to say that she doesn’t want more?”

“So you are pretending to be engaged to Michael Vaughn, attorney at law who you are also a nanny for?” Nadia giggled as the girls drove down Interstate 95.

“Shut up” Sydney groaned as she turned the radio on.

“Well seriously Syd, I swear to god you are in love with him” Nadia told her.

“I am not in love with him” Sydney shook her head, “Danny and I just broke up”

“So?” Nadia laughed, “He wasn’t as hot as Mike”

“You are so shallow” Sydney rolled her eyes.

“Your point?” Nadia laughed, “Are we there yet?”

I didn't mean to start the last big fight

“Okay… the drive is only like…45 minutes” Sydney laughed.

“45 long ass minutes” Nadia replied.

“Oh yeah, Palm Beach to Boca Raton, it’s crazy” Sydney rolled her eyes.

“Shut up, back on topic…you love your boss” Nadia laughed in a sing song voice.

“Shut up or I’m gonna kick your ass out of my boss’s car” Sydney responded with a chuckle.

“I still can’t believe he let you take his baby, this is a friggin Cadillac Escalade” Nadia grinned.

“I know” Sydney nodded, “And he let me take it because he is housebound this weekend with your fiancée”

“So…you and Nadia…married” Vaughn smiled at his best friend.

“Crazy eh?” Eric laughed, “She’s just so amazing”

“So you keep telling me” Vaughn laughed, “I’m happy for you man”

“Thanks, that means a lot to me”

“Now, I do feel the need to tell you some things…as your best friend”

“Uh huh” Eric laughed, “Lets hear it”

“Well, first- I don’t want to see any little Eric’s running around for at least a year, you deserve some time off before you jump right into parenting” Vaughn told him as he glanced upwards towards Liz’s room, she had been asleep for about 25 minutes.

“I’ll make a mental note of that”

“So do you think you and Eric are going to start a family anytime soon?” Sydney asked as she took a sip of water.

“I don’t know” Nadia shrugged, “I mean…yeah soon, but not like…right after the wedding”

“Makes sense” Sydney nodded, “Have you told dad?”

“No, I was hoping to tell him this weekend” Nadia explained.

“I’m sure he’ll be thrilled, and me and Danny having split up will totally soften the blow” Sydney laughed slightly.

“Thanks sis” Nadia laughed.

well thank god danny and syd broke up.. but i totally don't remember reading that... or was it just not written about??
anywho, i am super glad they are dunzo... now syd will realize she totally loves michael.
 
I'm so happy!!!! Sydney finally broke up with Danny, there is nothing preventing her from getting with Vaughn, she already has the ring :P so he won't need to pop the question and look for an engagement ring :lol:

i love the fact that they both clearly like each other and that they appear to be talking about it to their friends/ sister who happen to be getting married!!!! :D

At least one couple has something to look forward to. And Sydney's right, about how her breaking up with Danny will mellow out Jack when he hears about Eric and Nadia.
