Season 2 The scar Syd has?

Just before Vaughn enters the room Syd is looking at a scar on her stomach, as we know she didnt get it from fighting with evil francie so where did it come from?
My mom is a nurse and i asked her if a scar that small could possible be from a C-Section, i was surprised when she said it could be
so after hearing that i wonder....could sydney have been pregnant when she dissapeared??
