it's so clear to me that there is obvious tension between the actors jennifer garner and michael vartan--and it seems that the writers have shifted their relationship to accomodate this tension...because after everything from last season, these two should be SO MUCH CLOSER

I agree that there is probably some tension on the set and whatnot, but i don't think the writers would change the story line to accomodate that. Michael and Jennifer are professionals and acting is their job.

I think in the last episode we saw how close they really are...but of course they were going to take things slow, they were both in a rather awkward situation from last year's events.
