I would really like to find a study that shows the average life spans of people who specify what they eat (vegitarian, etc.). Wonder what the results would be...?

but think of it... they lack certain essesntial nutrients-- like proteins! Yes, nuts have protein in them-- but also raise cholestrol.

Some foods can perfectly replace meat, they contain about that same.. Like soy food.

OMnivore for me!!! But i was vegetarian for a while when I went to england!! Mainly becaure they eat their meat when its pretty much still got a heart beat lol

omnivore! I'm really picky though so I hardly ever eat meat, only when my parents make me or when its in chili or spaghetti sauce. ^_^

EDIT: and taco meat, I eat that too!
