Jurassic Park made raptors out to be these deadly viscious dinosaurs that depiced any human encounter as a deadly mistake.
Knowing and forgiving artistic license in their size (They were really a lot smaller) I still believe a raptor would not be too big of a threat to a grown man.
First of all, If you were in a situation where you were being hunted by them your senses would be on edge. You would need to be drunk or high not to notice them even at their stealthiest.
Granted if they did surprise you they could inflict serious damage with their talons but reflexes of any person would make them contacting a vital spot on you very difficult.
Dinosaurs are seriously bird-like. Raptors especially. Their hollow bones would make them light and fragile. You could break their leg with a good solid punch. You could catch a jump and slam them to the ground with terrible consequences to their bodies. One good stomp on its head and you would feel their skull crush under your boot.
I say, Bring em on!
