Sci-Fi Virtuosity (1995)

This has to be the greatest most exciting AI {artificial intelligence} gone bad movie I have ever seen. None stop
action, creative story and ideas. Made in 1995 - It could have been yesterday. I hesitated to watch this move
because the IMDb user ratings weren't that good - Only explanation I can think of for that is the movie was
ahead of its time by 20 years - and maybe people could not yet buy the concepts. If you liked the Terminator movies you'll like this one.

It's been a while since I've seen it. The only thing that is coming to mind is Denzel Washington in a fight scene on a rooftop in some kind of metal housing. I should added it to my Netflix queue.
