I think the battle scene in BSG where the Galactica jumps in to New Caprica and jumps back out before crashing into the planet.

1. Death Star attack (Star Wars Episode 4, A New Hope)
2. Death Star attack (Star Wars Episode 6, Return of the Jedi)
3. The Epic battle between Excelsior and Enterprise in Wrath of Khan Star Trek 2
4. The loss of Enterprise against Klingon Bird of Prey Star Trek 3
5. The battle between Serenity, Governement Ships, and Reavers in Serenity.

By the way that BSG you mentioned is pretty darned cool!
