My wife and I along with a couple of friends were at a multiplex and we're just getting set to watch "Anger Management" with Adam Sandler. We were unaware of it at the time, but somebody in the audience mentioned, during the previews, that our area had been designated as being in a tornado watch. Upon hearing that tidbit, I got up from my chair and went to the lobby to look out the front windows. Yes, it indeed was dark outside, from when we first arrived at the theater, when it had just appeared overcast. I asked one of the ushers about it and they said the weather would be monitored and if it was upgraded to a tornado warning, then action would be taken to get movie patrons into the halls for safety and that kind of thing. Went back to my seat and figured there was no need to make a big deal about it unless conditions worsened, however, several idiots in the theater kept communicating on their cell phones during the movie (mostly texting, but the glow from the cell screens were kind of annoying) and talking amongst themselves. Don't you hate it when people do this at a movie? And then when you give them the stink eye.....they treat you like the bad guy! Anyway, don't remember much about the movie.
