The Prophecy is something that Milo Rembaldi wrote that said: This woman here depicted will posess unseen marks signed that she will be the one to bring forth my works. Bind them with fury, a burning anger unless prevented, at vulgar cost this woman will render the greatest power, unto utter desolation.

Yeah that's pretty much it but then there's an extended version of it... remember, Vaughn with help from Weiss figured out that in order for the government to stop persecuting and abusing Sydney, all she had to do was visit Mt. Subasio in Italy (where Rambaldi was born).

"...never having seen the sky behind Mt. Subasio" - that's what I remember.
