What software would you make if you had the funds to do it or hire someone to do it and why?

I would probably make a unique image upload script along with a file upload script. I would try to rival the major ones already up to offer unique services with free registration and more file space.

GUI version of flash development.
So many great things can be made with flash whether it be from design, movies, media, etc. but you have to know the coding behind it to really do it well.
A GUI version of it compared to adobe flash which has the front end but also requires the coding behind it would let a lot more people be able to use it and make some great things out of flash.
