If I remember correctly, Marshall doesn't go back to Sd-6 at the end of "Abduction". At the end of "Abduction" Marshall gets into a taxi. That song is "Beauty of the Rain" by Dar Williams. At the end of "A Higher Echelon" when Marshall returns to Sd-6 the song playing Mathew Good Band's "Weapon." Does this help? (Info from: alias-tv.com)
