Things never are as they seem in the promos just as a general note...and I don't think Freplica has to die. They've already established that Syd definetly wants Sloane to die...and in order for the show to keep going someone needs to take over his operations...my bet is Sark and Freplica exposed together...but who knows.

But there might be another death, a lot of spoilers I've read say that female characters are gonna die. But there aren't that many female characters on the show to begin with, now that Emily's dead and Francie is evil (she'll have to be killed off, imprisoned, or disappear eventually) and there's all those rumours that Irena won't be back next season or will be killed off at the beginning or the season finale.
