I think some here are confusing temper with evil deeds done in cold calculation or after some deliberation. Temper is the tendency to fly off the handle, to become angry in the heat of the moment. Temper tantrums tend to be hot but brief and may just as often involve matters of small significance as matters of importance, whereas vengeful grudges are an entirely different animal based on some major grievance. To say someone has a temper because he's a backstabber, or holds a long term grudge, or has killed many people, is inaccurate.
That being said, I agree that Sloane had quite the episode when he bludgeoned Carter to a pulp.
I'd have to say that Sydney has the worst temper because of the frequency with which she gets into heated arguments with others, not necessarily because of the intensity of her anger.
